Homemade Moisturizer for Dry Skin

Homemade cream for dry skin. Try these lotions to make your skin more moist with these emollient ingredients below.

Ginger (Zingiber oficcinale)

It is used in topical preparations for its invigorating and toning properties, useful for oils and massage creams.

Ginger skin cream

Ginger invigorates and relaxes the oil. Try this double dose to skin dryness.

A piece of 5 cm of fresh ginger
2 teaspoons sesame oil clear
2 tablespoons apricot kernel oil
2 tablespoons oil from vitamin E
½ Cup cocoa butter

Preheat the oven at low intensity. Finely grate ginger for 1/8 teaspoon ginger "juice". To extract the juice drain the ginger grated into a small bowl. Put the ingredients (including ginger) in a glass container and heat to melt the cocoa butter and oils are mixed. Pour everything into a container and keep in a cool and dry place. You can add drops of Orange essential oil to include more variety.

Peach (Prunus persica)

This fruit has antitumor, laxative and sedative properties. It's perfect for using fresh for their precious aroma.

Peach (for normal or dry skin) lotion

1 peach
4 drops of tincture of benzoin
2 ounces (50 grams approx.) of coconut or sweet almond oil
1 ½ ounces (40 grams approx.) water of flower of Orange and 1 or 2 drops of Orange oil

Wash, dry and crush the peaches, then you squeeze its juice brewing with cheesecloth. Add all the other ingredients on the juice. Whisk until smooth and pour into a container of 4 oz (100 g approx.) and store in the refrigerator. Apply the lotion to moisturize the skin until it is dry.
